ActiveProspect TrustedForm (ActiveProspect, Inc.) — consent-event recording on the quote form. Loads only on the /get-quote/ page. Generates a unique cryptographic certificate URL recording the page interaction at the moment of consent. Privacy: activeprospect.com/privacy-policy.
