About Our Service

quote-my-roof.com is owned and operated by Bastion Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St 62429, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801). We are an independent lead generation and comparison platform. We connect homeowners with licensed roofing contractors who provide free quotes. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roofing work, and we do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any contractor in our network.

How the Service Works

You provide information about your roofing project through our quote form. Your submission is then transmitted through our lead-distribution partners (currently ActiveProspect / LeadConduit and Lead Prosper / Yep Ads) to a network of pre-vetted contractor buyers. Up to three (3) licensed contractors are selected to receive your information so they can contact you with free, no-obligation quotes by phone, SMS/text message, and/or email, including via automated technology.

You are under no obligation to hire any contractor. Our service is free for homeowners. We earn referral fees from contractors and lead-distribution partners when matches occur and, in some arrangements, when a homeowner contracts with a matched contractor.

Your Agreement and Consent

By using our service and submitting the quote form, you agree and represent that:

(a) you are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States;
(b) you are the owner of the property you are requesting a quote for, or you have the property owner's authorization to request quotes on their behalf;
(c) the contact and project information you provide is accurate and complete;
(d) you authorize us to share your information with our lead-distribution partners (ActiveProspect, Lead Prosper, Yep Ads) and with up to three (3) matched contractors;
(e) you provide your prior express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) for the matched contractors to contact you at the phone number, email, and address you provide using automatic telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, SMS/text messages, and email regarding your roofing project, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list;
(f) you understand consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase and that you may revoke consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or replying STOP to any text message;
(g) standard message and data rates may apply.

Your consent is independently captured and timestamped via an ActiveProspect TrustedForm certificate at the moment of submission.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will receive any quotes, that contractor buyers in our network will bid on your lead, that the contractors who do contact you will meet your expectations, or that any quote received will reflect market pricing. Contractor availability, bid acceptance, pricing, and response times vary by geography, project type, and lead-buyer network conditions, and are outside our control.

Contractor Relationships

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They are not employees or agents of Bastion Ventures LLC or quote-my-roof.com. We verify licenses and insurance at onboarding but cannot guarantee ongoing compliance. Any contract for roofing work is solely between you and the contractor. We are not a party to that contract and have no liability for work performed.

Contractor Credentials & Third-Party Trademarks

Throughout the site, we reference manufacturer certifications, industry memberships, and business accreditations carried by contractors in our network, including but not limited to GAF Master Elite, Owens Corning Platinum Preferred, CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster, the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Not every contractor in our network holds every credential displayed. All contractors meet our minimum onboarding standards, but credential coverage varies by contractor and by region. The display of any program name or logo on this site refers exclusively to credentials held by one or more contractors in our network at the time of their onboarding.

All third-party names, trademarks, service marks, and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is for the purpose of identifying credentials carried by independent contractors in our network and does not imply that quote-my-roof.com or Bastion Ventures LLC is itself accredited, endorsed, sponsored by, or affiliated with any of these organizations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bastion Ventures LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, your interaction with any contractor, or any roofing work performed. Our service is provided to homeowners at no cost.

Intellectual Property

All content on quote-my-roof.com including text, design, logos, and code is the property of Bastion Ventures LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
